My hourly rate for counselling is $140. Payment can be made by cash, debit, credit card, or e-transfer at the time of appointment or prior to session. 

Your appointment time is reserved for you. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.  You will be charged $50 for a late cancellation if 24 hour notice is not provided. A full session fee is charged if you fail to show up for your appointment.  

Assisting adolescents and adults with strategies to reduce anxieties and stress, boost self-esteem and confidence, improve relationships, improve parenting skills and family dynamics, and process past traumas.

Professional counselling services for a registered social worker are not covered by OHIP. However, they may be covered by your health benefits plan, such as Green Shield, Manulife, or Great West Life. Please check with your HR department or your insurance carrier to ensure your personal plan covers you for a Master of Social Work (MSW). 

My counselling services are also covered by VQRP - Victim Services and the Employee Family Assistance Plan with Stellantis/Chrysler.  

Assisting children is learning techniques to reduce anxieties, strengthen executive functioning skills, and process traumatic events.  Working with children as young as 5 years old through talk, play and art therapies.
